One address, read by a person. There is no contact form here because a static site should not be collecting what you type into it.
Reporting an error on a map or a page
Corrections are the most useful mail this site gets. To make one quick to act on, include the page URL, the sentence or table cell that is wrong, and — where you have one — a source. Boundary and population data comes from the US Census Bureau, so a link to the relevant Census table settles most population questions immediately. County seats, river lengths, high points and statehood dates are the fields most likely to need a second look.
Using the maps
You do not need permission. Every printable SVG on the site is generated from public-domain Census Bureau boundary data and is free to print, edit and redistribute, including commercially — the about page spells out the terms. If you need a map in a format that is not published here (a different paper size, a state without county lines, a specific set of states), say which one and it may be worth adding to printable US maps for everyone.
What this site will not do
No guest posts, no link exchanges, no sponsored placements inside the reference pages. The privacy page covers what happens to the mail you send: it is read and replied to, and it is not added to any list.
